This company is full of bait and switch practices and we would like a full refund of any and all money paid in. We gave them a $20 deposit which they returned to us on a gift card that had an expiration date. We were not told that their fees go up, the gentlemen we sat with said they were fixed and never go up. But, because the entire staff LIED to us about how the program works, we were scammed into purchasing. If they had been honest about how their program worked, we would not have gotten involved. We ultimately had to book a cruise outside of their service. We sent multiple text messages just to find that our "personal agent" passes us off to other people. We have called Bo a number of times and never reach him. Anytime we have tried to book, we have been unsuccessful. Further we were told that a gentleman named "Bo" would be our personal travel agent. We were specifically told that our reduced sized program (1 Star) is just as good as their larger programs but based on how their "stars" work, that is fundamentally not true. We booked a hotel unit at a property that was listed as a ******* on their website, it turned out to be a ******* BY ******* and had blood on the walls. The few weeks they do have available are at disgusting properties and very few are at the $229 rate. It turns out that very few and only select weeks are available at that price. ![]() We only purchased the program because we were told that we can use the program to go ANYWHERE in the world at a rate of $229 for the week with no black-out dates and the ability to stay at only 4 and 5 star properties. ![]() We mentioned that we were not interested in the product but the staff continued to hold us there and use tactics of making the product more financially attractive. The presentation went far beyond the 90 minute threshold. Initially we were told the presentation would last 90 mins. We were grossly misled about the product and service sold to us by Premium Destinations. ![]()
